Go Red for Women Day!

Today is/was Wear Red Day or Go Red for Women Day!

It's a day to show support and raise awareness for heart Disease

in women!  The day was created because heart disease in women

is something not everyone knows about or worries about, but women

are just as susceptible to heart disease and stroke as men are, sometimes

even more so depending on your family history and health!  So please, all

you lovely ladies out there, know the warning signs of a heart attack (women

feel them different then men some times!), a stroke, and cardiac arrest!
