Tokushi has put out some pretty spiffy new mesh avatars

and they are extra cute! Each set comes with 3 different

sizes... small, medium, and large! They do not come with

2 different sexes, you get the one and that's it. There are

10 colors to pick from, and you can already get some cute

mods for this guy. Each one costs 300L and your AO

and dances don't look too bad with them either!

He also comes with a tiny diaper, but I thought I could go without,

I am pretty good at holding my pellets in. =) This mini avi comes

with a hud to let you sit on the ground or on things. The only issue

with this bunny is the view, but if you have the micro fox and the

camera that goes with it, it helps a lot! If you want some tiny

kitties too you will find those on the 2nd floor for only 100L!
Look at how tiny it is! That box is a starter box, .5 in size!

You can win this Silver Rasha on the Midnight Mania

boards at Hoo~! Just walk through the front door

and turn to your right! You'll also find a funky

colorful mod for your chinchilla next to it! In the

back of the shop they still have their lucky chairs

as well with some very neat prizes!

The prim parts of the furry have a cell shading effect on

them and the eyes, nose, horn (not shown), and hooves all glow.

The parts can be modded if you don't like all that glowing though.

Each prize comes with male and female shapes and skins.

If you want a different color you can purchase them for 250L

except the blue one, which is 400L for some reason.

Snowman Shootin' Fun for the Holidays!

Spare Parts is having a fun time shooting game for XMas!

Come on down and grab your weapon, a gun, a bat, or a

candycone... join the group for Spare Parts, then head

on around the SIM and start shooting at the Snowmen

making their way around the SIM, inside and outside

the shops! There are all sorts of prizes... eyes, swords,

mods, and even some Santa hats! You shoot them and

every couple you kill drop a special prize that only you can

pick up... from common to epic loot! The game runs through
December or until they decide to take it down.

Prizes are determined by the creators who donate them on a rarity scale and

percent roll. Example, a common item will drop WAY more often than some

epic loot. There is 6 category of prizes in the whole system:

Epic loot (2% chances of drop)

Ultra Rare (10% chances of drop)

Super Rare (25% chances of drop)

Rare (50% chances of drop)

Uncommon (80% chances of drop) & Common.

As you make your way around the SIM to shop, don't

Hoodie Weather

This hoodie is pretty funky... it has a menu in the

hood prim for the whole shirt. One click gives you

the ability to change the color of your undershirt, your

of the prims. The hoodie only comes in a shirt layer, but

that's really the only one you need. You can buy the hoodie

Wicked Closet, a store for bois and guys, sent along some
new mesh clothing for CMFB to try on. It's interesting,
doesn't look too bad.. the stuff they gave me you can't mod,
but still fit just fine! There's tons of mesh items in world

for you to wear, just be sure to use a viewer that handles

mesh, otherwise you look like you're wearing a big blob

of goo. I have yet to come across any digi pants using mesh,

hopefully when someone does they'll let us know so we can

check them out!!

edition items that are gone once the event is over, plus

you to grab! It's not too big and not too crowded,

Both outfits are from Silent Sparrow and both

are the azure versions of the corbie suit!

The women's outfit comes with a bunch of different

ways to wear it... it has different dress styles, tops, and sleeves!

This version is priced at only 300L, other colors are sold

for 600L, not sure why. They also have a few limited

edition colors that have a few copies still available!

The Men's version in this color is priced at 250L, all

others are 500L. The jacket can be worn with or

without long tails, or you can go without the jacket

for the 50 of a kind event this week! The event only lasts

for a short period of time, 15 designers make one of a

kind items for 200L or more each! This item is 350L

and when I was last there at 8am SLT Wednesday there was

only 11 left to buy. Once they are gone, they are never seen

again, unless you catch me running around SL in it, which

is entirely possible because it is SO cute! Intrigue sells

I don't think there is a single person out there who hasn't heard of the tragedy that has befallen Japan. We have all seen the devastating images, heard the terrifying testimonials of the survivors and watched the heart break of those same men, women and children as they search for their loved ones. We come together in vast numbers, dedicating our strength, our time, our prayers to finding those who have survived and bringing them home. For every family that has been lost, for every broken heart there could be an equally devastated pet out there searching for its owner. Animals love us, they put their complete faith in us and today we have to come together, not only for the people of Japan but for the thousands of pets displaced by this heart wrenching natural disaster. With the impending threat of a nuclear meltdown these animals are lost, relying on us to find them, feed them and bring them home. Look into your cat or dogs eyes. Ferret? Sure. Look into those eyes and see what your love means to them. Now imagine, even just for a minute, how they would feel if suddenly their world was turned upside down, you were gone and they were cold, hungry and homeless. We need to protect every single one of mother natures gifts and an animals ability to love you, honor you and be loyal to you surely is that, a gift.

We here at CMFB! are reaching out to all you other furry butts. If you were lost and needed help we would try our best to reach out to you and bring you home. We offer our prayers, love and well wishes to every single person in Japan. May you find your pets, your wives and husbands, your children, mothers, fathers and brothers. We are there with you in spirit.

Anything you can donate can help save the life of one or more of our helpless fuzzy friends. Please look deep within your heart and pockets and help them out. They will repay you, infinitely, with their love and loyalty, just as they always have.

The Event - Project FUR Japan

With the gracious donation of a sim by LeLutka, we are ready to get this started but we need YOU to get involved. This is how it will work:

You, a designer, fill out the online application here.

Once we receive your name, you will receive a folder with all the necessary information. All will be given more information and a script to put inside your creation to contribute 100% of the proceeds you make. The script is set to send the money to an alternate avatar so all money can be accounted for. The SIM will be open for 2-3 weeks to collect donations for the cause. Documents will be sent and blogged with proof of the contributions made and that all monies were sent to the charity.

The charity that all your Lindens will be going to is called Japan Earthquake Animal Rescue and Support (JEARS). This group is comprised of three private No-Kill animal welfare organizations in Japan; HEART-Tokushima, Animal Friends Niigata and Japan Cat Network. No animal rescued by JEARS will be surrendered to Animal Control (where they would be at risk for euthanasia after three days) under any circumstance. They rescue, reunite and rehome lost and abandoned animals.

So if you are a designer, of ANY kind, please feel free to sign up to help us collect Lindens for those beloved pets and animals that have been taken from their normal lives and homes. They need our help, love, and support!

If you were lucky enough to be a member of the Arnadi group

this week you got a nice gift of a 500L Gift Card! I waited

UPDATE: CNN and the UK Telegraph have both reported that the dogs have been rescued since the footage aired, and are both receiving veterinary care; the more seriously wounded dog is at a clinic in the city of Mito, while the protective spaniel-type dog is receiving care at a shelter in the same town.
Here is an English translation of the voiceover exchange between the two reporters in the clip (translation courtesy of Toshiyuki Kitamura):

For many years to come this will be the picture that speaks volumes of the Japan

quake and following tsunami. Here at CMFB, we wish to send all our prayers

and well wishes to our readers who have been affected in any way. By that we

mean all of you... everyone feels lost, unsure what to do. Many of our friends,
designers, bloggers, and fellow furries come from Japan, show your support!

1. In SL you can purchase special teddy bears from Linden Labs and all the
proceeds will go towards the Japan Earthquake and Pacific Tsunami Relief
efforts of the American Red Cross.

2. In game many designers are giving up their time and a special piece of their work for the
relief effort as well. Head over to Pacific Fund Raiser and buy some stuff!
I don't think it is open yet, I can not tp in yet, but keep trying!

3. If you don't want to do either of those, please head to the Red Cross and or
the Red Cross/Red Crescent give them your donations directly!

at times it just looked really odd while it was still attached and

in women! The day was created because heart disease in women

is something not everyone knows about or worries about, but women

are just as susceptible to heart disease and stroke as men are, sometimes

even more so depending on your family history and health! So please, all

you lovely ladies out there, know the warning signs of a heart attack (women

feel them different then men some times!), a stroke, and cardiac arrest!
